I am truly honored and humbled to be a part of the L’BRI leadership team! Executive Manager is not a level you achieve by yourself. Each and every person on our team worked hard for us to get here. I am fortunate to work alongside those who understand the value of our products, our company and the opportunity it provides us. Thank you to Linda and Brian for not letting up on their dreams so that we might all achieve ours!

I set my sights on this level when I first joined L’BRI in August 2011. Although it took me longer than I anticipated to achieve this goal, I always kept it in front of me to motivate me. If this is your goal, I say go for it! Never give up! You’ve got what it takes!!!

A few pointers from me on how you, too, can achieve your wildest dreams…

  1. Declare it. Get crystal clear on what you desire; that end result.
  2. Write down the actions you need to accomplish to get yourself there.
  3. Break those actions down into short-term manageable steps. Working to earn the Founders’ Club Trip and other incentives will definitely propel you closer to your goal of promoting.
  4. Keep track of your progress to reach those short-term goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

L’BRI has a proven system that will help each and every one of us live the life of our dreams. Reach out to those who have achieved what you are working towards. L’BRI is a family of very giving, generous people. All you have to do is ask.

Again, thank you to Linda and Brian for this amazing opportunity. Thank you to Laurie Atwater and all the other executive managers for sharing your knowledge, insight and passion. Thank you to my family and friends who encourage and support me. I am truly blessed to have expanded my small family to include so many amazing women and men!! I cannot imagine life without my L’BRI family!

How do you get where you want to be? As Zig Ziglar said, “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
